Description:
In "Writer", When clicking a menu such as "file", there's an estimated delay of
half a second before the menu opens.
The issue appears tied to the menubar and affects all UI layouts where it's
present.
The lower tabs such as "Home" or "References" are not affected.
The issue persists in safe mode.
Tested in "Calc", where menus open instantly.
Program was a fresh install.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Writer
2. Click any Menu
3. Observe
4. Repeat in Calc - compare observations
Actual Results:
Menubar menu opening are delayed ~0,5s.
Expected Results:
Immediate opening of the menu, as they do in Calc or comparably Apache
OpenOffice.
Reproducible: Always
