A document with with per-page footnote counting, and a footnote in a
multicolumn section
Open the attachment. It has a footnote in a multicolumn section. The footnote
settings are "counting per page" (Tools->Footnote/Endnote Settings).
The footnote in the section has an incorrect number "0" (must be "2"). Changing
the counting to "per document" fixes it. Changing back to "per page" keeps it
OK *in the current editing session*, but breaks after save-and-reload.
