Description:
When using dark mode on Windows, the title bar of LibreOffice is not dark, as
it should be.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to "Settings > Personalization > Colors" in Windows.
2. Make sure that "Choose your mode" is "Dark".
3. Start LibreOffice
Actual Results:
The title bar is not dark.
Expected Results:
The title bar should be dark.
Reproducible: Always

One may try DWMWA_USE_IMMERSIVE_DARK_MODE to get a dark title bar. The result
should be similar to the last screenshot in the above article.
