Description:
Applying a 2 column results in a reset to single column when reopening the
file. This occurs whether the ToC has been updated or not. I have not tried
this in any other form - ie. 3 or 4 columns
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a ToC with multiple headings
2. Apply 2 column via "Edit Table of Contents" flyout
3. update table
4. Save document
5. Re-open document.
Actual Results:
Opens as a single column on left side of 2 column. Updating ToC results in a
single column.
Expected Results:
2 column ToC,
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No

update headings within 2 column ToC format.
