Using the LibreOffice MSI package for LibreOffice 4.0.4, 32 Bit Windows 7 Pro
DE I made the following observations:
* when Base is installed as the only component, it is not possible to start it
(when the exe is launched, nothing happens, no splash screen etc.)
* when I add Writer to the installation, Base is working
Does Base depend on Writer (shared libraries?) and should this be fixed?
