This commit fixes the issue when Skia is disabled:

"Revert: draw alpha bitmaps directly to print graphics on macOS"
https://gerrit.libreoffice.org/c/core/+/190496

We can consider this fixed in 26+ but we're still supporting 25.8 until
mid-2026, so this commit should get backported.
