ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
The text from the file is from the "Regulation (EC) No 864/2007 of the European
Parliament and of the Council of 11 July 2007 on the law applicable to
non-contractual obligations (Rome II)", Article 4 "General rule" in german.

Link to where the text was copied from:
https://eur-lex.europa.eu/LexUriServ/LexUriServ.do?uri=OJ:L:2007:199:0040:0049:DE:PDF

The text can be found under Artikel 4 "Allgemeine Kollisionsnorm" under section
(2).
If you copy the text, create a bulleted list and insert the text (Ctrl + V) the
text is kept in one paragraph. If you insert it with no styling (Ctrl + Shift +
V) the text is split into multiple paragraphs.
The second way (Ctrl + Shift + V) is how the text was added to the demo file.

I can not recreate the bug when I copy the text into a new file and try to
reproduce it. Therefore I guess it's the file that's broken(?).
However, I can use the file to reproduce the bug every time (so it's not a one
off quirk by LibreOffice)
