Open attached DOCX with tracked changes an and seem.
Add paragraph where marked then Undo.
See that numbering still appears changed but should be reverted.
This is only visual, as saved document opens correctly.
This was likely never good.
Somewhere around 7.3 behavior od numbering was improved to track changes.
