Description:
After updating to v.28.8.4.2, I am no longer able to pin individual files to
the Windows 11 taskbar.
Steps to Reproduce:
1.pin CALC file to taskbar missing/broken

Actual Results:
updated version missing pin function
Expected Results:
updated version missing pin function
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
Additional Info:
Prior to the update I had 12 files pinned to CALC on the Windows 11 taskbar.
After updating, the pinned files were no longer there and I am not able to pin
any files
