Problem description: This one is really simple. When you go to insert a picture
it fails to point to "my pictures" or any picture folder. It keeps insisting on
going to "My Documents" when clearly it isn't text being inserted.
Steps to reproduce: It happens 100% of the time.

3. ....
Current behavior:It happens 100% of the time. Clearly this is a design error.
Expected behavior:Make it point to pictures.
