Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a DOCX or create a document and save it as DOCX.
2. Go to File >> Properties.
3. Uncheck “Save preview image with document”.
4. Apply changes and close the dialogue.
5. Save and close the document.
6. Reopen it.
7. Go back to File >> Properties.
Actual Results:
“Save preview image with document” is checked.
Expected Results:
“Save preview image with document” should not be checked.
