            Bug ID: 170212
Summary: Weird behavior when using cell range for data validity
           Product: LibreOffice
           Version: 25.8.3.2 release
          Hardware: All
                OS: Linux (All)
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: medium
         Component: Calc
          Assignee: [email protected]
          Reporter: [email protected]

Description:
I'm using Polish version, and I cannot switch interface language right now. I
will describe menu items in Polish, and also how I believe they are in English.

The problem is that when I try to use data validation (Dane -> Poprawność
Danych / Data -> Data Validity) and then use Zakres Komórek (Cell Range), then
click inside a field to select range, and Calc becomes available to select. And
when I select range of rows in a column then, like in 95% of times my selection
slips one row below when I release a mouse button.

Example:
I try to select B2:B4, and I literally do that, but then at the last moment my
selection become B3:B4. Effects seems weirder depending on how much cells I
initially want to select.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open new calc sheet
2.Enter some values into some cells (B2 - 1, B3 - 2, B4 - 3)
3.Select some other cells (like in row A)
4.Select Dane (Data) -> Poprawność Danych (Data Validity) from the menu.
5.Pick Zakres Komórek (Cell Range) from the dropdown
6.Click into field where it expects you to provide actual list of cells
7.Try to select Cells B2:B4 from the sheet

Actual Results:
You end up selecting $Sheet1.$B$3:$B$4

Expected Results:
You end up selecting $Sheet1.$B$2:$B$4

Reproducible: Always
