Hopefully it is really fixed.

I'm on Linux, and it can't be an X11 problem, since no other application I use
regularly has the same problem.
At least, they all reopen with the same size per document, and almost all in
exactly the same position.
On Linux I only open an existing Libo document by clicking on the document, and
the size depends on the last size saved.
It somewhat displaces the position for several documents opened one after the
other.
