demonstrating the bug

See attachment.
This can't be intentional.

The string to insert via the csv-dialogue was taken from the included shape.
For a second experiment the string was taken from a Writer file. Same result.
In both cases it was inserted from the clipboard, of course.

For a third experiment the same string was saved to a plain-text file with
extension .csv
Opening this file with LibO 25.8.4.2 I got the same dialogue box with different
defaults. After adjustment I now got the expected results in ISO 8601 date
format.

The locale set fo LibO was also English(Canada)

BTW: Legacy V 3.3 didn't offer to use the dialogue when the string came from
the clipboard.

Can LibO fix the bad clipboard result?
