Description:
I've noticed quite some time ago that elements on the Writer's Table of
Contents' Entries page aren't responsive, i.e. are small regardless of the size
of the window. I wanted to take a stab at fixing it, but I noticed that the
elements are in fact responsive on Linux, so the issue will be in some platform
specific code, which I can't debug very well.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Do Insert > Table of Contents and Index > Table of Contents,... in Writer
2. Go to the Entries page
3. Resize the window to be larger
Actual Results:
The elements keep their small size, which is particularly bothersome with the
Structure field
Expected Results:
The elements should change their size when the window is resized, as they do on
Linux
