If you open a comment in a way it overlays a frozen row, text marked right to
left is not copied

Steps to Reproduce:
1. download provided file
(alternate: freeze first row (A), write a multi line comment in A2)
2. clear clipboard (eg. copy any dummy text)
3. copy text of first row of comment (that overlays the frozen row) right to
left (!)
4. paste text into new comment

Actual Results:
Copied dummy text is inserted

Expected Results:
Text of first row is inserted

Reproducible: Always

User Profile Reset: No

Additional Info:
I noticed that the colour of the text marking is a dark blue rather than the
