1. Open attachment 202906 from bug 168484
2. Observe there is no red colour seen around the rectangles
3. Grab and move one of them and see red appear around it

tdf#123396 actually use the mimetype set in the from document
The area fill seems to be applied within Draw as saving an object and examining
it, we only see:
<svg xmlns="http://www.w3.org/2000/svg"; width="3" height="3">
<rect x="0" y="0" width="3" height="3" fill="#000" stroke="none" />
</svg>
Seen on Windows as well.
