DOCX supports storing and showing styles in sidebar or Quick Styles gallery
with the options: In current document, In use, Recommended, All.
Default option is Recommended so more styles is shown.
When someone or organization prepares styles to be used with the wish that
users only see those, it may set In use or In current document.
LO does not respect that and also saves back Recommended styles, which is seen
when opening saved document in MSO.
I will assume this never worked. Also not with 26.8+.
