Steps to reproduce:
-open attachment 205136 (forum-mso-en4-401306.docx)
-right click on any of the drop-down fields and chose 'Edit field'
You should get a dialog that lets you manage the dropdown choices etc.
But starting in 26.8, All you get is a Help/OK/Cancel/Prev/Next buttons.
