Now I have no UI-blocking delay when importing attachment 147076 per comment 0,
initiating chart creation for A:C and switching between the chart types in the
dialog. But apparently I got the wrong idea about the delay and never saw any
UI blocking in my own tests. The normal behaviour for the chart preview itself
is to wait a couple of secs before updating and this is seen even with small
data.
