Help / F1 doesn't work. An empty Writer/Web Document 'NewHelp0.html' is
displayed instead. (Also with LO in safe-mode)
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Simply start LO...
2. Try to enter HELP
Actual Results:
Writer/Web Document 'NewHelp0.html' opens, instead of help pages
Expected Results:
Access Help-Pages, as installed...
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: Yes
Additional Info:
I installed LO with the standard procedures provided ( all in
c:\programs\libreoffice )
