Demo showing wrong print formatting with disjoint print ranges
If print ranges include a disjoint set of columns, the omitted columns take up
space anyway in printed output.
The attached "bug.ods" demonstrates the problem. Print ranges consist of
columns A,B E and F, but when printed, only columns A & B appear on the first
page, even though there is room for all 4 columns to appear (columns E and F
appear on a later page).
Steps to reproduce (to re-create the demo).
1. Create a spreadsheet with minimal content in row q, columns A through E (or
load the attached demo)
2. Format->Print Ranges->Delete; click Print Preview icon and see all 5
columns.
3. Select columns A & B; Format->Print Ranges->Add
Select columns E & F; Format->Print Ranges->Add
(or select A, B, E, and F and Format->Print Ranges->Define)
click Print Preview icon
Current behavior: Only columns A & B appear on the first page
Expected behavior: A, B, E and F should all appear on the first column
