By os build may require installation of associated language pack, Windows builds prebundle them all. Quality/extent of the thesaurus also varies by language source lists. The dialog is launched from Tools -> Thesaurus... or with a <Ctrl><F7>, if issues check usage in the Help or the Ask site [2].
