Then you can drag queries from the data source window into spreadsheets, even the same spreadsheet that is connected to the data source. The used ranges of each sheet are considered as database tables. Defined database ranges are listed as database tables. You can hide the ones you don't need. A spreadsheet connection is a so called "file based database". Queries are limited to one table.
