Description:
When highlighting text, the highlight is aligned just perfectly or just
slightly below the ascenders, and well below the descenders to the top of the
ascenders in the line below.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Type a paragraph of text
2. Highlight a word in the middle of the paragrph
3.
Actual Results:
The highlight is the correct height, but it is aligned with the top of the text
Expected Results:
The highlight should appear centered on the line with an equal amount of
highlighting above the ascenders and below the descenders.
Reproducible: Always
