A textbox or image can only be moved up to the page margin. This leads to an
incorrect behavior when elements located directly at the page margin are
rotated. Instead of cropping the portion that would then extend beyond the page
margin, these elements are shifted so that they are completely within the
margin again. (Microsoft Word does not exhibit this incorrect behavior. There,
these elements can extend beyond the page margin as desired.)
