Description:
When i open a libre office writer instance of a document with multiple headings
that contain subheadings for example a heading 2 with headings 3 and heading 4
and open the navigator (alt+4) the arrows icons used to expand the heading
section are hard to see or notice that they are expandable.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Have a KDE plasma desktop active
2. Have Global theme breath active
3. Have colours breath dark active
4. Have application style breeze active
5. Have plasma style breath active
6. Have the rest of the plasma options beeze active 
7. Set Libre office theme settings to be automatic when asked for dark or
light, and icons breeze dark.
8. Create a libre office writer document
9. Start creating headings that are nested, heading 1 heading 2 and heading 3
styling and so on.
10. Open the navigator (alt+4) and look at how bad the contrast is between the
background dark and the arrows (see on of the attachments)

Actual Results:
Bad contrast between expand icon and background colour

Expected Results:
Clearer outline where the expand icon is in contrast to the background colour
