In a table with a heading style assigned to the first line, the following
happens reproducibly:
Clicking on the first data row and clicking on the icon to insert a new row
above,
the formatting of the heading changes (the heading is the line above the row
inserted).
However the style is still assigned, but not displayed properly.
Remove direct styling does not fix it, but double clicking on the highlighted
style "Tabellenüberschrift" in German) restores the formatting (if the first
row was highlighted).

I think this is a very annoying bug, because the change in formatting can
easily be missed by the user.

When I saved the bad state as copy and opened it (to see whether loading will
fix the styling), Writer crashed
(https://crashreport.libreoffice.org/stats/crash_details/a7dc807d-9444-4f2a-87c4-bdc1b9c0194f).
Eventually when loading after crash recovery the style of the table heading was
still wrong.
