Description:
Changing the scale width for characters does not work correctly - the bounding
box changes width but the text itself remains unchanged
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start writer
2. Type text, eg HELLO
3. Select the text
4. Right click the text
5. Select Character >> Character...
6. Change the value for Scale width
7. Click OK
Actual Results:
Observe the text remains unchanged and bounding box is correct width
Expected Results:
Both the text width and bounding box width should change to the new value
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: Yes
Additional Info:
It worked correctly in 25.8.x but not now that I upgraded to 26.2.0.3
