The Open PLA 5042n Accounts system will not operate. After repeated crashes I
found the "read me" which advised user to delete all transactions and all
suppliers. I deleted all transactions but when I tried to delete all suppliers
I continually get duplicate key errors. When I went back to get a screenshot
of the error, I now only get a blank form design window after clicking on "Open
PLA Accounts System". The form and tables have disappeared after the crash.
