Description:
A globe icon appeared in the top-right corner of the window (on the menu bar,
just to the left of the close button), indicating that one or more extensions
were available for update.
When I clicked this icon to update the extension, LibreOffice crashed.
This issue occurs both in normal mode and in Safe Mode.
Updating the same extension via Menu > Tools > Extensions works correctly and
does not cause a crash.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install an older version of an extension.
2. Wait until the globe icon appears, indicating that an update is available.
3. Click the globe icon.
Actual Results:
LibreOffice crashes.
Expected Results:
LibreOffice should not crash.
