Description:
Open the attached XLSX file, Look at the cell `E2`, the cell doesn't contain
any value, though it contains a valid formula. We have to manually reapply the
formula for every cell in the DataTable (E2:I9) to see the values.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached XLSX file
2. Look at the cell `E2`
Actual Results:
The cell should contain a value
Expected Results:
The cell doesn't contain any value
