Example file from Calc

Attached example file was made by copying some formatted text from a browser,
first while the target cell was selected, second while the target cell was
switched to edit mode.

In case of the first cell,

1. Open attached file
2. Go to cell B5, press F2
3. Press Ctrl-A, then Ctrl-M
-> font formatting is reset to default, smaller font (10pt) and not bold, good.
4. Go to cell B4, press F2
3. Press Ctrl-A, then Ctrl-M
-> Nothing happens, should be like the previous cell.

If the cell is selected, then I press Ctrl-M, then both cells formatting gets
reset, as expected.

Version: 26.8.0.0.alpha0+ (X86_64)
Build ID: 680(Build:0)
CPU threads: 24; OS: Windows 10 X86_64 (build 19045); UI render: Skia/Raster;
VCL: win
Locale: hu-HU (hu_HU); UI: de-DE
Calc: threaded

The behavior goes back to 3.3, so not a recent regression.
