After saving the document and reloading it, I checked the field via Edit Fields -> Format, and found that the formatting changed as follows: - Category -> Template name - File name -> File name (A) / File name without extension (B) - File name without extension -> File name without extension (A) / Path (B) - Path -> Path/File name - Path/File name -> Path (A) / File name (B) - Template name -> Category Note: - A: LO 26.2.1.1 or LO 26.8.0.0 - B: LO 26.2.0.3 This appears to be a variant of Bug 170392, and must be the same underlying issue, with an additional swap between Category and Template name.
