Reproduction instructions:
1. Create a new drawing.
2. Insert some shape on the default layer (which should be "Layout"); say, a
diamond
3. Switch to another layer using the layer bar at the bottom of the window
(e.g. "Dimension lines"
4. Insert two other shape on this layer, say a disc and a rectangle
5. Active the Navigator (e.g. using F5 or choosing the Navigator sidebar deck)
Expected result:
A visual separation of the disc and the rectangle from the diamond, indicating
their being on separate layers
Actual results:
All three appear together as children of "Page 1"
