Description:
If I start newly installed LibreOffice 26.2.0 it crashes and my Win 10 computer
freezes completely always. Have to do a hard-reset always.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Installed LibreOffice 26.2.0.3
2. Start LibreOffice.

Actual Results:
Crashes and freezes my Win 10 completely. Even the task manager doesn't open,
compleletely freeze. Need to do a rard reset.
Expected Results:
Open LibreOffice and not freeze the computer.
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: Yes
Additional Info:
I can not open menu Help - About LibreOffice, because LibreOffice does not
start at all.
I already completely uninstalled LibreOffice using Revo Uninstaller, and
re-installed it. No change.
Windows 10.0.19045.6937 (Win10 22H2 2022 Update)
