Description:
Upon printing, the process will stop and the printing status will come to a
stop and say "status unknown". When restarting my computer, it will try to
restart the printing process but will only get 1 page printed, sometimes only a
half of a page. It is only in the app it happens. I went and tested it with
others and everything is working fine on my end. It is 100% this app. I love
this app because i can use it with ease compared to the MS libre itself, but
cannot print successfully with it.
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open a file through this app.
2.choose to print
3.will get status error on print status
Actual Results:
Non successful prints, "printer status unknown"
Expected Results:
Nothing will print completely. I will get a half page or no page.
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: Yes
