example to reproduce the problem
Open attached document. It contains a custom table design where the whole table
has got purple borders. The borders appear correctly.
However, do "Save copy as" without any changes, using xlsx format. Open the
saved document in Excel or LibreOffice. Error: The purple border is lost.
