Can you fix future [LibreOffice_??.?.?.?..._helppack...] to access the weblinks
locally (I do NOT have internet access at home).
And can you include ALL help web pages in the helppack and link-them/store-them
locally.

I clicked on a link for a daily tip (tip 119/225) and the browser was loaded:
The file [D:\Program Files\LibreOffice\help\en-US\text\scalc\01\04060109.html]
is on drive, BUT LibreOffice Help launched the browser for
https://help.libreoffice.org/25.8/en-US/text/scalc/01/04060109.html
