As of bug 169035, new comments in Calc are now start-aligned. Calc cells
themselves continue to use their unique Default alignment by default.

The initial direction of a comment is based on page direction. Default isn't
available outside of cells, but as of bug 162120 comment direction is updated
automatically when comment contents are edited.
