I opened Format | Page Style | Page and changed the page orientation using the
"Orientation: Portrait / Landscape" radio buttons. When the page is actually in
Portrait orientation, Portrait preview and page dimensions are shown but the
radio buttons are reversed (and vice-versa for Landscape orientation). Print
Preview and actual printing confirmed the actual page orientation.

This is an intermittent bug.
