Description:
In a SS or database sheet form when antered a date in short format (for example
12/31/35 for 31 december 2035, it actualy saves the date 1935-12-31 (iso
format)
This owrked fine in the 1900's but we are in the 2000's now.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.In a SS format a cell as 12/01/99 (USA) (cell B1)
2.In cell C1, write =B1
3.Format cell C1 as Date / 1999-12-01 / (USA)
4.Enter short format dare in B1 and see what happens in C1

Actual Results:
When enter 12/31/35 in B1 you get 1935-12-31 in C1

Expected Results:
2035-12-31 in C1
