Oh, TY. I even forgot about that one. So, both the font tab and the number tab
have some form of LOCALE, and the locale on the numbers tab cannot be split
depending on parts of text; it is one-and-only for the entire cell.

That's enough for DATEVALUE() and VALUE() to be improved, and to cut whichever
dependency to the "Date Acceptance Pattern" setting from functions.
