Description:
XLSX import appears to clamp the chart Y coordinate to 2^31 EMUs (charts placed
after ~row 13263 reposition at ~row 13263 in a standard spreadsheet).
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Import an XLSX with a chart beyond row 13263.
2. Observe the chart position.
3. Reposition, save, reload; chart position is again corrupted
4. Reposition, save as ODF, reload: Chart is in the correct location
Actual Results:
Chart appears in the wrong position.
Expected Results:
Chart should appear at the correct location when importing an XLSX.
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
Additional Info:
This is a brand new Debian 13 installation, no previously stored user profile.
