Windows 11 Pro (23H2), x86_64 OS Build: 22631.6199 UI render: Skia/Raster, VCL: win, Locale: uk-UA, UI: en-US, Calc: CL threaded On my system the issue is not reproducible anymore. The cursor is visible and stable while editing a long comment below the frozen row. Arrow keys and text selection work as expected.
