Description:
Bullet list configuration field "Aligned at" and "Indent at" have the same tool
tip, the latter tip being incorrect.
Steps to Reproduce:
1) Open the "Bullets and Numbering" dialog > Position tab
2) force the tip for the "Indent at" field
Actual Results:
it has the wrong information
Expected Results:
the "Indent at" tip should have the correct information for that field
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
