Description:
When I try to open a document, LibreOffice can't find my DropBox folder on my
hard drive. The only local folder it finds is the Desktop. Writer works
properly only immmediately after I do a Safe Start. After that all it can't
find my hard drive and only shows me cloud services that I don't use.
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Click 'Open' in Writer

Actual Results:
Shows me /Users/carolynschuk/Desktop and a list of clous servers that I don't
use. It doesn't see Dropbox, or anything on my HD except the Desktop.
Expected Results:
Expect to see the Finder window showing my files
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: Yes
