Welcome to LibreOffice's tiny dialogs
When running v26 for the first time, users are presented with a "Welcome to
LibreOffice" dialog. It allows customizing the toolbar, with explanatory text
next to each option.
This dialog is too narrow, and that explanatory text has awkward scrollbars.
