I don't know much about styles. I assume you can define custom (user-created)
table styles saved somewhere in profile folder. With the alternative being
document templates. This to prevent defining the same (house) style for each
and every document. Or having to load the style into LibreOffice for each
document.

* Table styles as part of document template
Not sure if you want to export all table styles to each and every document,
even without table present. Although I don't know what the alternative would
be. Not familiar with how it's done with Paragraph Styles

* Table styles as part of user-profile
Again: should all those styles being saved into the document. Pretty certain
this not being the case. I admit, not sure if table styles being intended as
part user-profile only. I think it's nice to have though, far nicer compared to
adding this part to a Template, IMHO
