Custom table style
Open attached file. It has a custom table style. Rendering is different to
Excel in these aspects:
(A) First cell in header has black characters instead of white. White comes
from 'Header Row'. 'First Header Cell' sets only 'bold', thus White from
'Header Row' should be kept.
(B) Bottom border is pink instead of black. Pink border comes from 'Whole
Table' (table:body) and black border is in 'Total Row'.
Tested with Version: 26.8.0.0.alpha0+ (X86_64)
